Free beta access
The current beta does not collect subscription payments or automatically enroll you in a paid plan. Paid plans, if offered later, will have separate pricing and checkout. No physical product purchase is required. Features and availability may change during the beta.
Your workspace
The workspace requires ChatGPT sign-in, which is subject to the platform’s own terms. Keep your sign-in secure. Your personal records stay separate from other users; team records are shared with members of that workspace. Only invite people you intend to give access to shared records.
Information and permissions
Only upload or record information you have permission to use. Do not use SyncPoint for spam, impersonation, unlawful activity or attempts to access another person’s private records. You remain responsible for your profile content and how you use information submitted to your forms. Published profiles and shared receipt links can expose information to anyone with the link.
Availability and copies
Internet is required for saving and submitting. Email/text introductions are paused and marked Coming soon. Calendar exports are snapshots, not two-way synchronization. Keep copies of important records using the available downloads; a beta may have interruptions or defects.
Leaving the beta
You can stop using the service, remove individual records or permanently clear your personal workspace in Settings → Privacy & data. Clearing personal data does not delete shared team records or your OpenAI account. Review what will be removed before confirming.

Contact hello@syncpointconnect.com for service questions or privacy requests. For a submission to someone else’s profile or recruiting event, contact that organizer using their published details. Read Privacy & data for storage, access and removal information.
