Information you share
SyncPoint stores profile details, links, form questions and answers, contacts, notes, follow-ups, recruiting applications, uploaded images and resume PDFs, team membership, and invitations. Only provide information needed for your professional connection.
Who can see it
Your published profile and profile resume are public. Shared card, event, and submission receipt links can be opened without signing in. A receipt shows its submitted information; keep its link private. Workspace records require sign-in. Shared team records are visible to team members. Private notes and candidate resumes are restricted to the organizer’s workspace.
How it is used
Information supports the profile, contact, recruiting, and follow-up workflows you choose. Card visits and form submissions appear in activity reports. This app does not sell personal information or use it to train an AI model. Automatic email and text introductions are paused and marked Coming soon.
Hosting and storage
OpenAI Sites provides hosting access and sign-in; Cloudflare services provide the app’s database and file storage. These providers process information to operate the service under their own terms. Connecting Resend or Twilio in the future will require an updated explanation of email and text delivery.
Cookies and device storage
Sign-in uses platform-managed session cookies. SyncPoint uses an essential cookie to remember your selected workspace, and device storage for workspace changes, preferences, submission receipts, and retry drafts. No advertising cookies or third-party advertising analytics are added by this app. The hosting platform may use its own cookies.
Retention and removal
Records stay until the organizer removes them. People in Trash and their linked records and candidate resume uploads are permanently removed after 30 days when the workspace is refreshed. In Settings, download your workspace data or permanently clear your personal workspace and uploads. Clearing personal data keeps shared team records and does not delete your OpenAI account. Downloaded copies are outside SyncPoint’s control. Provider backups may retain information under their separate retention policies.
Requests about a submission
Contact the profile owner or recruiting organizer using the contact details they publish to request access, corrections, or removal of information you submitted. Workspace owners can correct records and remove people through the app. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets in forms.

For service questions or privacy requests about your workspace, contact hello@syncpointconnect.com. For information submitted to another organizer, use that organizer’s published contact details.
